One of the most striking cover designs of the Golden Age period, the deep red cloth embossed with Art Nouveau designs in gilt, blue, green and pink with an elfin figure below trailing flowering vines. Stories include: "The Sea-Fairy and the Land-Fairy, and How They Quarrelled"; "The Adventurous Life of an Acorn Fairy"; "Princess Orchid's Party" and similar tales.
