Reissue. Publisher's deluxe binding, full roan with decoration in gilt, blue and pink. Top edge gilt others untrimmed. Beautifully illustrated throughout with each page elaborately decorated in orange and black. There are 12 mounted colour plates, as well as many full page black and white plates (10 some mounted) and lots of smaller drawings in the text. A very good copy slightly rubbed to spine with light foxing and two short closed tears to the margins. Previous ownership bookplate to the front pastedown.
