Bound in original full white vellum with gilt lettering and vignettes. Top edge gilt. Endpapers illustrated with line drawings printed in green. Sixteen colour plates mounted onto white paper, each protected by a tissue guard with printed caption and 41 black and white drawings in the text. A near fine copy.
Stories include: St. George of Merrie England; The Story of the Three Bears; Jack the Giant-Killer; Jack and the Beanstalk; Dick Whittington and The Three Little Pigs. Due to its size and low limitation, this is one of the more difficult Rackham limited editions to find.
