Florence Anderson's depiction of fairies and elfin folk are wonderfully evocative, using a vibrant colour palette and Art Nouveau lines.
Whilst of these stories had been published in an earlier unillustrated volume, others appear in print here for the first time, with the addition of the illustration by Anderson.
