First edition. 8vo. Original turquoise cloth in red pictorial dustwrapper. Illustrations in line by Peggy Fortnum. A near fine copy with some wear to the boards, in a very good (price clipped) dustwrapper, with a short closed tear to the front cover and a 3cm chip to the rear panel.
The uncommon second Paddington book, in which Paddington tries his paw at a spot of decorating and becomes a detective.
