First UK edition. Original orange cloth in pictorial dustwrapper. A fine copy with slight fading to the extremities, in a very good dustwrapper with some fraying to the spine ends and corners, internally reinforced with tape, slightly faded to the red lettering on the spine.
A Miss Marple novel, taking its name from quatrain 51 of FitzGerald's translation of the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám: "The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ, Moves on."
