Pinter's masterpiece of sixties theatre, regarded by many as his finest work and helping to usher in an era of postmodern drama, was premiered in 1965. This edition is complimented by suitably postmodern illustrations by Harold Cohen, who later pioneered the concept of autonomous computer produced art.
