Seven volumes, all first editions, three signed or inscribed by the author. Publisher's original black cloth in the original dustwrappers. The first volume signed by Milligan with a TLS laid in, the second is a presentation copy, inscribed by the author to Johnny Speight: "To The Speight from The Milligan", the final volume signed by Milligan. Pictorial endpapers in volumes two to four, and a photograph of Millgan and Maria Antoinetta Fontana to the front and back free endpapers of Volume Six. Photographs, line drawings, and illustrations throughout each volume. A fine set, all in very good dustwrappers.
Johnny Speight was a radio and television scriptwriter, who worked on a number of TV shows with Milligan.
