Second edition, with variant binding and undated title page. 8vo. Quarter blue cloth with gilt titles over marbled paper boards. Top edge gilt. Frontis, illustrated title page and list of characters, plus 8 full page black and white photogravure plates all in intricate detail, the books ends with a final black and white drawing by King. A very good copy, bookplate removed from front endpaper and occasional foxing to plate mounts.
