The true first edition of Christie's third book and the second Hercule Poirot novel. This American edition was received by the Library of Congress on 17 March 1923 preceding the publication of the British edition of May 1923. Exceptionally rare in dustwrapper. We have not seen a copy offered for sale and only know of two other copies in private hands.
