First edition. 4to. Blue cloth with gilt titles and vignettes. Pictorial endpapers with a double page fairy scene. 12 mounted colour plates of delicate fairies by Hilda Miller, plus a few line drawings in the text. A very near fine copy, some spotting to page edges and light bumps to corners.
This uncommon book of fairy poems is charming, both in its verse and illustration.
