A very good copy in a very good dustwrapper, with some rubbing to the edges and chipping to the spine ends. Spine a little sunned.
O'Neill's imagining of Lazarus's life after being raised from the dead. The play is part medieval mystery play and part Greek tragedy, with a cast of over 100 actors making up the masked chorus. Rarely performed, it premiered at the Pasadena Community Playhouse in 1928, with 151 actors taking 420 roles.
