First edition. 8vo. Grey boards with red lettering to upper cover and spine, in the original brown dustwrapper. Edges untrimmed. A fine copy with only the slightest bumping to the spine ends, in a very good dustwrapper indeed, which is clean with shallow chipping to the oversized portion at the head of the spine, a closed tear to the rear flap and a couple of short closed tears to the rear panel.
A collection of wartime poetry featuring some of the "Dymock" poets, the early 20th century literary group located in Dymock, Gloucestershire. 18 poems by Edward Thomas a.k.a. Edward Eastaway, who died at Arras the same year this book was published. Uncommon in dustwrapper.
