A large (three feet by 2 feet) wall poster in colour, issued as a companion to the Child Education magazine. Folding, with original printed wrappers. A large, delightful image of children in an English summer garden. The image itself is bright and clean, though edges and folds are reinforced to the rear (not visible from the front). A good only copy.
A delightful children's poster, and an ideal image for a nursery wall. Nina K. Brisley was one of three sisters, along with Joyce and Ethel, who took classes at Hastings School of Art. All three made contributions to magazines, but Nina is best known as the illustrator of the popular Chalet school series.
