First edition. Original blue pictorial cloth blocked in yellow, cream and black, lettered in cream to the spine. Twelve full page black and white plates by Tim Whitwell. A near fine copy, with a little wear to the head of the spine but bright and crisp.
A variant binding, not recorded by McIlvaine, with enamel lettering to the spine instead of gilt.
