First UK edition. Original red cloth in pictorial dustwrapper. Inscribed by the author, "With the author's compliments / P.G.Wodehouse / July 1929". A near fine copy, some spotting to page edges, in a very good dustwrapper, which is bright and attractive, with light wear to corners. Housed in custom made clamshell box.
Both 1920's dustwrappers and early Wodehouse inscriptions are uncommon making this a particularly nice example.
First published in the US a few weeks earlier as Fish Preferred.
