Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Four wood engravings by Gibbings. A very good copy, the spine a little faded with a small, light stain to upper cover.
The first book in the very successful "Guinea Series" of illustrated modern authors. Printed in the new Golden Cockerel type, specially designed for the Press by Eric Gill.
