WODEHOUSE, P.G.

WODEHOUSE, P.G. Piccadilly Jim

Herbert and Jenkins, 1918.

First UK edition. Original mustard yellow cloth lettered in black. A very good copy indeed, with a little wear to the spine ends and a couple of light marks to the spine and rear cover.

The first Wodehouse book published by Herbert and Jenkins, it was also the first time one of Wodehouse's books sold over two thousand copies (McIlvaine), adapted into a silent film by Guy Bolton a year after publication in the UK.
