A two part catalogue, the first section devoted to the classics of children's literature from Hans Andersen to E.B.White, taking in Enid Blyton, Roald Dahl, Kenneth Grahame, Andrew Lang, C.S.Lewis, A.A.Milne, Arthur Ransome, Florence Upton and a collection of children's annuals in fine condition as well as the great illustrators, including Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, Kay Nielsen and Edward Ardizzone. The second section comprises over 100 pieces of original illustrative artwork by BB, Quentin Blake, Charles Folkard, Florence Harrison, Errol Le Cain, Nielsen, Rackham, Margaret Tarrant as well as many others.
